  I have been a client since the late 70's when it was Blessing & Associates. They have been there through my teenage driving years, homeownership & my own children becoming drivers & homeowners. Of course through the years I have checked others places for less expensive coverage but have always gotten the best rates here & best customer service. Two such incidents stand out in particular. My husband was hit when someone pulled out in front of him & totaled his car. They immediately made arrangements for a rental car so he wouldn't miss work & we were able to keep it for 3 weeks while we were looking for a replacement car. The other one was my homeowners policy when my mother slipped on our porch step and dislocated her neck & broke her dentures. All of her medical & dental bills were immediately covered and followed up to make sure she was ok and everything was taken care of to her satisfaction. Customer service means a lot!! I would recommend any of the agents at the Moses Lake Argus branch!! thanks, Terry
